I’m considering getting hair extensions. I already use clip-in ones, but I need something that is more permanent.
I often color my hair bright red. If I dye the hair can it damage the hair extensions?
- Curious
Dyeing hair that color would require peroxide developers which are harsh and drying chemicals. So it is possible you can damage the hair. If the hair you get is really strong, youthful and healthy then it might be able to withstand the chemicals and still give you a long lasting wear.

I really like the newest remy hair extensions and the quality of the hair is great. Folks must keep in mind that checking the standard of the hair and whether or not they are keratin tipped could be very important. I all the time fit the perfect hair and have discovered that the brand new micro-loop extenstions are great and don’t harm existing hair.
